Description
This lovely Nicea grandfather clock is in a Saratoga Cherry finish on select hardwoods and veneers. The bonnet pediment features a dramatic carved shell framed by stepped swan neck pediment moldings and the base includes a decorative cutout.
A polished brass dial offers ornate corner spandrels, center disk, silver chapter ring with black Arabic numerals, and a stationary blue moon phase. The clock also has a polished brass finished pendulum and weight shells.
Elegant columns frame the door which features crystal-cut V-grooved glass and removable glass topside panels offer easy access to the movement.
The door locks for added security and there are adjustable floor levelers under all four corners that level the clock on uneven and carpeted surfaces.
A chain-driven, Westminster chime Kieninger movement features a chime silence option.
