| Upholstery Frame Construction | The frame is made from kiln-dried, grade 1, hardwood and plywood. The frame uses extra large corner-blocks and an insulated inner frame. It is then cocooned in polyurethane foam padding to ensure no hard edges come in contact with the upholstery. |
| Padding & Ergonomics | Environment friendly, CRC free polyurethane foam of varying densities is used. Full polyurethane blanks are put into a state of the art, foam cutting plant where it is cut to specification. Afterward, every seat is tested and sorted according to firmness. |
| Tailoring | The cushions are filled with the finest fiber from Japan, Korea and Taiwan. State of the art equipment is used to regulate the techniques for fluffing / stuffing the fiber to ensure softness and comfort without materials shifting or breaking down. |
