| Padding & Ergonomics | Each of our four cushion types is designed to provide the perfect balance of support and comfort for both seat and back. Our cushion cores are made with eco-friendly, high-resiliency foam and are wrapped with a polyester fiber wrap for surface softness and shape. Standard Cushion: Our standard 300cc cushions are made with a high-resiliency polyurethane foam core wrapped with a layer of soft polyester fiber. High-resiliency (HR) foam is important because it delivers the right amount of support, sink-in comfort and bounce-back. The polyester wrap provides surface softness and shape. Sometimes the cushions are bagged to create a cushion with less crown. On some styles, the M850 is the standard cushion. The foam core has three layers; the innermost layer is firm, surrounded by two layers of softer foam. It is engineered for a softer sit than the 300cc cushion and is also available as an upgrade on some styles. |
